What You’ll Do
• Develop site layouts, concepts, and detailed architectural designs from concept to documentation.
• Provide architectural frameworks as baselines for AI-driven development and integration.
• Coordinate with structural engineers to align designs with technical and material requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless integration of design, technology, and engineering.
• Refine designs through iterative reviews and feasibility assessments.
Skills & Competencies
• Proven track record of developing detailed drawings and models for residential units.
• Strong knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and architectural visualization tools.
• Familiarity with Delhi local building norms, guidelines, and municipal approval processes.
• Good understanding of the interior materials and should be able to make material palettes
• Excellent communication, team leadership, and consultant coordination skills.
