What You’ll Do
• Design and develop structural systems and frameworks from concept to detailed documentation.
• Provide structural analyses, models, and material estimates as baselines for architectural and AI-driven development.
• Coordinate with architects to ensure structural integrity aligns with design, site, and load requirements.
• Collaborate across teams to integrate structural, architectural, and technological components seamlessly.
• Optimize designs through simulations, material assessments, and iterative evaluations for efficiency and safety.
Skills & Competencies
• Demonstrated expertise in structural design and detailing for residential and mixed-use developments.
• Proficient in using structural modeling and analysis software such as STAAD Pro, ETABS, and Revit Structure.
• Strong grasp of local building codes, site conditions, and compliance standards.
• Skilled in material estimation, reinforcement detailing, and construction feasibility assessments.
• Effective collaborator with strong communication and coordination abilities across design and engineering teams.
